Bacon Double Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients

- 3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (8 ounce) package cheddar cheese cubes
- 10 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
Recipe
- 1 cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
- 2 add beef to a 4-quart saucepan; cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
- 3 stir in macaroni, milk, garlic pepper, soup, cheese cubes, and half the bacon.
- 4 spoon mixture into a 3-quart casserole.
- 5 bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 20 minutes.
- 6 mix together the remaining bacon, bread crumbs, and butter; sprinkle over casserole.
- 7 bake uncovered 5 minutes.
