Classic Hamburger

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 kg lean ground beef
  • 1 medium cooking onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons pureed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon braggs soy seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh crushed dried mint
  • 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix
  • 2 eggs

Recipe

  • 1 place beef into a large mixing bowl.
  • 2 dice onion and add to mixture.
  • 3 add remaining ingredients and mix thouroughly.
  • 4 make medium sized balls and place on one side of plastic wrap layoug out 4 balls per length of wrap.
  • 5 fold other half of wrap over top of the ball and press flat.
  • 6 fold four patties and freeze or cook immediately.
