Ingredients
- 2 kg lean ground beef
- 1 medium cooking onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons pureed garlic
- 1 tablespoon braggs soy seasoning
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh crushed dried mint
- 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 place beef into a large mixing bowl.
- 2 dice onion and add to mixture.
- 3 add remaining ingredients and mix thouroughly.
- 4 make medium sized balls and place on one side of plastic wrap layoug out 4 balls per length of wrap.
- 5 fold other half of wrap over top of the ball and press flat.
- 6 fold four patties and freeze or cook immediately.
