Fantastic Meatloaf W/ Glaze

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 1/2 lbs hamburger (beef, turkey or venison)
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1/4 cup quick oats (oatmeal)
• 2 tablespoons cornmeal
• 1 cup italian style breadcrumbs (or regular if you prefer)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup tomato juice
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons dry mustard

Recipe

• 1 mix all loaf ingredients thoroughly, and place into a 9x5" loaf pan.
• 2 mix glaze ingredients together.
• 3 spread over meatloaf.
• 4 bake@ 350 for 60 minutes covered w/ foil - then 30-45 minutes uncovered, until browned throughout.
