Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
- salt & pepper
- 6 ounces blue cheese, divided into 4 small disks
Recipe
- 1 mix lamb, parsley, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- 2 divide into 4 balls.
- 3 make a dent and add cheese disk, cover and flatten.
- 4 bbq for 4-5 minutes per side.
