Chili For All!

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 lbs hamburger meat
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • chili powder
  • olive oil
  • 2 large yellow onions, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 5 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 quarts of v-8 tomato juice
  • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 brown hamburger, drain and set aside.
  • 2 in pot you will be using for chili cook onions, peppers, celery with a little olive oil until almost tender.
  • 3 add to pot beans, tomato sauces, tomato juices, add your spices until you have it to your taste.
  • 4 add meat
  • 5 simmer for at least 45 minutes still adding spices to make it yours.
