Hamburger Soup

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) canned diced potatoes
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans carrots
  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn (unsalted)
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can peas (unsalted)
  • 3 (15 ounce) cans beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons season salt (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons pepper (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 get out large soup pot.
  • 2 brown hamburger in pot. drain if needed.
  • 3 drain juice from vegetable cans and put veggies into pot.
  • 4 pour in as much beef broth as needed to cover veggies.
  • 5 let bubble until all foods are heated and flavored.
  • 6 serve and enjoy!
