Ingredients

- 2 lbs hamburger
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 6 ounces water
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Recipe
- 1 do not precook hamburger.
- 2 combine all ingredients in 2 qt.
- 3 saucepan.
- 4 cover and cook on medium heat for 1 hour.
- 5 stir occasionally, blot to remove excess fat and liquid.
- 6 serve over cooked hot dogs.
