Caesar Burgers

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 egg
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 kaiser rolls
- lettuce, tomato,and sliced onions
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl beat egg, add beef, half of the parmesan, lemon juice, anchovy paste, worcestershire sauce and pepper.
- 2 mix lightly by hand.
- 3 shape into four thick hamburger patties.
- 4 grease grill, heat to medium high.
- 5 place burgers on grill and cook for 10 minutes.
- 6 flip burgers once and heat for another 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
- 7 in a small bowl whisk oil with garlic.
- 8 cut kaiser rolls in half, brush garlic oil on each cut side, place on grill and toast until golden brown.
- 9 place burgers on rolls, sprinkle with remaining parmesan and top with lettuce, tomato and onion slices.
