Crock Pot Dilly Beef Sandwiches

Total Time: 7 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 7 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 3 -4 lbs boneless beef chuck roast
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar whole dill pickles, undrained
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (i doubled)
  • hamburger bun

Recipe

  • 1 cut roast in half and place in a 3 quart or larger crock pot.
  • 2 add pickles with juice, chili sauce and garlic.
  • 3 cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours or until beef is tender.
  • 4 discard pickles.
  • 5 remove roast.
  • 6 when cool enough to handle, shred the meat.
  • 7 return meat to sauce and heat through.
  • 8 using slotted spoon, fill buns with desired amount.
