Hamburger Barbecue (sloppy Joes)

Ingredients

- 2 1/2 lbs ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup tomato juice
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
Recipe
- 1 in a large fry pan or electric fry pan, mix onion with cooked ground beef.
- 2 in a bowl or measuring cup, mix together remaining ingredients to make a sauce.
- 3 pour sauce over ground beef and onion.
- 4 cook on medium-high until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- 5 you can adjust the amount of tomato juice used depending on how runny or dry you like your sloppy joe.
