A Taste Of Italy ... For 1

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 gourmet hamburger bun
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vegan mayonnaise (i use original nasoya)
  • 8 -10 slices salami, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic-flavored olive oil (i use garlic gold oil)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • lettuce
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 spread your vegan spread onto the bun.
  • 2 layer, from bottom up, salami, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic olive oil, salt & pepper, parsley, lettuce.
  • 3 enjoy!
  • 4 *note* i have often though some burgundy olives would also be good on this but have never had any on hand.
