Ingredients

- 1 gourmet hamburger bun
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vegan mayonnaise (i use original nasoya)
- 8 -10 slices salami, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic-flavored olive oil (i use garlic gold oil)
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- lettuce
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 spread your vegan spread onto the bun.
- 2 layer, from bottom up, salami, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic olive oil, salt & pepper, parsley, lettuce.
- 3 enjoy!
- 4 *note* i have often though some burgundy olives would also be good on this but have never had any on hand.
