Bierocks Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • cabbage, shredded (amount up to you)
  • 1 can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 can refrigerated reduced-fat crescent roll

Recipe

  • 1 brown hamburger and onion.
  • 2 add cabbage and cover with lid to steam cabbage.
  • 3 add soup to mixture and heat through.
  • 4 line a 9x13 pan with 1/2 can of crescent rolls.
  • 5 pinch seams together.
  • 6 top with hamburger mixture and add cheese.
  • 7 add other half of crescent rolls.
  • 8 bake for 25-39 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
