Ingredients

- 1 lb ground dark-meat turkey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 8 small buns (i prefer rolls)
- olive oil, for brushing
- tomato, cheese (any topping you want)
Recipe
- 1 heat grill until hot. oil the grates. in a medium bowl, mix together turkey, salt, pepper, and ketchup with hands.
- 2 roll turkey mixture into 8 balls. gently press down to make 1/2 inch-thick patties. lightly brush insides of rolls with olive oil.
- 3 grill patties 6 minute turn with tongs; top with cheese if you are using it. grill about 6 minute more, until cooked through and an instant-read thermometer inserted into center registers 165 degrees. toast rolls on grill. place burgers in rolls; garnish as desired.
