Crescent Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
- 16 ounces refrigerated reduced-fat crescent rolls
Recipe
- 1 brown hamburger and onion in large saute pan.
- 2 add cabbage and cover with lid to steam cabbage.
- 3 add soup to mixture and heat through.
- 4 line a 9x13 pan with 1/2 can of crescent rolls. pinch seams together.
- 5 top with hamburger mixture and sprinkle on cheese.
- 6 layer on other half of crescent rolls. pinch seams together.
- 7 bake for 25-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
