Greek Turkey Burger

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 (10 ounce) package chopped spinach (defrosted, and squeezed of the water)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- juice of one lemon
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt
- pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 form patties this will make about 6 patties. cook turkey burgers as you like, you can pan fry, barbeque, ( if you want to bbq, rub brgers with oil) until totally cooked.
- 2 this is very good with tzasiki sauce, on the bun.
