Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb hamburger
- 2 (8 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 250 ml sour cream
- 1 lb egg noodles
- 1 lb mushroom
- 1 green pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook egg noodles as per package directions.
- 2 brown hamburger and drain.
- 3 saute mushrooms and green peppers.
- 4 place all ingredients into a pot and bring to simmer.
- 5 add some heated sauce to the sour cream container to bring the temp up (so that it won't curdle)
- 6 add sour cream to the sauce, do -not- boil
- 7 spoon over egg noodles.
- 8 enjoy!
