Italian Cheeseburgers

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground hot italian sausage
  • 2 ounces butter
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • to taste garlic powder
  • 4 ounces ragu italian sauce or 4 ounces marinara sauce
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese or 4 slices provolone cheese

Recipe

  • 1 mix beef and sausage.
  • 2 preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 3 make patties.
  • 4 lightly grease baking pan.
  • 5 mix butter and garlic powder.
  • 6 cook patties.
  • 7 spread butter mixture on buns.
