Italian Burger Melt

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (11 1/8 ounce) can italian tomato soup, condensed
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese, process american (about 4 ounces) or 4 slices monterey jack cheese (about 4 ounces)
  • 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Recipe

  • 1 shape beef into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
  • 2 in medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook patties until.
