Italian Burger Melt

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (11 1/8 ounce) can italian tomato soup, condensed
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese, process american (about 4 ounces) or 4 slices monterey jack cheese (about 4 ounces)
- 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Recipe
- 1 shape beef into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
- 2 in medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook patties until.
