Almond Flax Seed Burgers

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, hemp oil
  • sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients into a food processor. process until well blended. process less if you prefer a coarser texture. form into 2 patties.
