Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, hemp oil
- sea salt
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients into a food processor. process until well blended. process less if you prefer a coarser texture. form into 2 patties.
