Basil & Garlic Lamb Burgers

Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground lamb
- 3 garlic cloves, mashed
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, shredded
- freshly cracked black pepper
- kosher salt
- 1 drizzle olive oil, for frying
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except oil and shape into four patties.
- 2 heat oil in a large skillet. brown patties over medium heat until you get a nice crust on each side, then lower heat and continue cooking until patties are cooked through, 10 to 15 minutes.
