Blue Cheese Stuffed Hamburgers

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons steak seasoning (of choice)
  • 2 ounces rosenborg blue cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, soften to room temp
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • red onion
  • dill pickle
  • mayonnaise
  • mustard, of choice
  • butter, softened
  • hamburger bun

Recipe

  • 1 mix together hamburger and steak seasoning.
  • 2 divide into 4 balls.
  • 3 in a small bowl combine blue cheese and cream cheese.
  • 4 shape into 4 small nuggets.
  • 5 place each nugget into the center of the meat balls and shape into patties.
  • 6 sprinkle each side with salt and black pepper.
  • 7 place on grill and grill to desired doneness.
  • 8 spread soften butter on hamburger buns and place on top rack of grill and toast.
  • 9 serve hamburger patties on buns adding mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, tomato and red onion and dill pickles.
  • 10 enjoy!
