Cheesy Sausage Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs lamb sausage or 2 lbs sausage or 2 lbs hamburger, mix
- 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- 15 ounces chicken broth (1 can)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup cream
- 16 ounces frozen green beans (1 package, french cut cooks faster)
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained (2 cans)
- 12 ounces diced tomatoes, drained (1 can)
- 1/2 cup velveeta cheese (1/4 box)
Recipe
- 1 brown sausage with onion.
- 2 add remaining ingredients except for cheese.
- 3 simmer until beans are tender, then add cheese and heat until melted.
