Chinese Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 3 stalks celery (chopped)
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) package hard chinese noodles
- 1/2 cup instant rice (you can use left over cooked rice)
Recipe
- 1 brown hamburger, onion, and celery.
- 2 put in dutch oven.
- 3 combine soups water, soy sauce, and rice with hamburger.
- 4 bake for 1 hour in 375o oven.
- 5 stir once or twice during cooking time.
- 6 serve over the chinese noodles.
- 7 add more soy sauce to your liking.
