Chinese Hamburger Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 3 stalks celery (chopped)
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 (10 ounce) package hard chinese noodles
  • 1/2 cup instant rice (you can use left over cooked rice)

Recipe

  • 1 brown hamburger, onion, and celery.
  • 2 put in dutch oven.
  • 3 combine soups water, soy sauce, and rice with hamburger.
  • 4 bake for 1 hour in 375o oven.
  • 5 stir once or twice during cooking time.
  • 6 serve over the chinese noodles.
  • 7 add more soy sauce to your liking.
