Ingredients
- water, 80-90 deg.f (1 cup plus 1 tbsp.)
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons dry milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast, or
- 1 1/2 teaspoons bread, machine or 1 1/2 teaspoons fast rise yeast
Recipe
- 1 add liquid ingredients to pan.
- 2 add dry ingredients, except yeast to pan.
- 3 tap to level.
- 4 place butter into corners.
- 5 make a well in center of dry ingredients. add yeast.
- 6 program for dough if used for kraut burgers.
