Country Bread For Machine

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • water, 80-90 deg.f (1 cup plus 1 tbsp.)
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast, or
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons bread, machine or 1 1/2 teaspoons fast rise yeast

Recipe

  • 1 add liquid ingredients to pan.
  • 2 add dry ingredients, except yeast to pan.
  • 3 tap to level.
  • 4 place butter into corners.
  • 5 make a well in center of dry ingredients. add yeast.
  • 6 program for dough if used for kraut burgers.
