Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 lb hickory bacon
- 2 avocados
- 1 large roma tomato
- 4 hamburger buns
- 6 ounces spinach
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 7 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 16 tablespoons a.1. original sauce
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Recipe
- 1 a1 bacon meatballs:.
- 2 cook and chop all bacon (save grease).
- 3 mix 8 tbsp a1, ground turkey and 1/2 of the chopped bacon in a bowl.
- 4 roll into 16 even balls.
- 5 preheat oven to 350.
- 6 fry meatballs in bacon grease at medium high until all sides are browned.
- 7 set meatballs evenly distributed upon baking sheet.
- 8 bake for 25 minutes.
- 9 a1 bacon relish:.
- 10 dice tomato and avocado.
- 11 add tomatoes and avocado to remaining chopped bacon and 3 tbsp of a1, then mix in bowl.
- 12 a1 spinach salad:.
- 13 chop cherries and walnuts
- 14 mix cherries and walnuts with spinach in salad bowl.
- 15 a1 vinaigrette:.
- 16 blend 1.5 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp a1 and 2 tbsp red wine vinegar.
- 17 a1 aioli:.
- 18 whisk 1 tbsp olive oil, 4 tbsp a1 and mayonnaise till completely blended.
- 19 hamburger bun chips:.
- 20 toast hamburger buns,
- 21 flatten and cut into quarters.
- 22 plating:.
- 23 dish relish and salad on opposite sides of plate.
- 24 place meatballs on top of relish.
- 25 drizzle aioli over meatballs.
- 26 dress salad with vinaigrette.
- 27 plate chips on side.
- 28 enjoy.
