Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts
- 1 cup oatmeal (not instant)
- 3 tablespoons milk or 3 tablespoons soymilk
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine to form patties.
- 2 brown patties on both sides in 2 t. oil.
- 3 add 1/2 cup water and 1 t. soy sauce to patties.
- 4 cover, simmer till liquid is almost evaporated.
