Delightful Burgers With Mushed Potatoes

Ingredients

- 600 g minced beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 40 g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 bunch parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons spearmint, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 50 ml milk
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 4 -5 potatoes, chopped in cubes (around 1kg)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 garlic clove, trimmed
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 100 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 mush potatoes: we boil the potatoes in lightly salted water.
- 2 we put them in a large bowl and we mush them well. we add butter and garlic. we stir well.
- 3 we pour milk, add salt, pepper, the nutmeg, the parsley and we stir. we leave aside. we keep it warm.
- 4 burgers: in a large bowl we put all the ingredients together and we mix well.
- 5 we mold into burgers (1,5-2cm thick) and we put them in a nonstick frypan and we cook for 12-15 minutes.
- 6 we remove them from the pan and we pour the lemon juice.
- 7 we serve in a wide plate with the mushed potatoes aside. enjoy!
