Creamy Meatballs

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb lean hamburger
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 3 tablespoons oil (i use olive oil)
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice (optional)
- 3/4 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 combine meat, onion, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup sour cream, salt and pepper.
- 3 mix well with hands.
- 4 shape into small balls.
- 5 in hot oil in skillet over medium heat, brown meat on all sides.
- 6 turn into 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.
- 7 combine cream of mushroom soup and remaining 3/4 cup sour cream in small bowl and mix well.
- 8 pour over meatballs.
- 9 cover and bake 375°f for 20 minutes.
- 10 uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
