Burger Bean Cups

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 can cut green beans
  • 1 can french's french fried onions

Recipe

  • 1 mix 1/4 c soup, raw beef, bread crumbs, onions, egg, salt& pepper.
  • 2 divide into 4 mounds on wax paper.
  • 3 flatten each mound into a 5 inch circle.
  • 4 turn up edges of each patty to make a 1/2 inch rim.
  • 5 place in shallow baking dish.
  • 6 combine rest of soup, green beans and onions.
  • 7 spoon mixture into burger cups.
  • 8 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
