Burger Bean Cups

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 can cut green beans
- 1 can french's french fried onions
Recipe
- 1 mix 1/4 c soup, raw beef, bread crumbs, onions, egg, salt& pepper.
- 2 divide into 4 mounds on wax paper.
- 3 flatten each mound into a 5 inch circle.
- 4 turn up edges of each patty to make a 1/2 inch rim.
- 5 place in shallow baking dish.
- 6 combine rest of soup, green beans and onions.
- 7 spoon mixture into burger cups.
- 8 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
