Frozen Hamburger Patties

Ingredients

• 4 lbs lean ground beef
• 3 onions
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon coriander
• 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 dash hot pepper sauce

Recipe

• 1 mix all the ingredients together. make a round circle out of a plastic container. put meat mixture into it pressing flat . put on a large cookie sheet and freeze . then i put them in a plastic bag with wax paper between them.
