- flour
- crisco
Recipe
- 1 roll hamburger into patties.
- 2 rinse one hamburger patty.
- 3 lay in flour and heavily dust.
- 4 rinse lightly.
- 5 dust in flour again.
- 6 lay in warm skillet with melted crisco.
- 7 repeat process for each hamburger patty.
- 8 you can make a nice gravy with flour and water after hamburgers are finished cooking.
