Deep Dish Taco Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 2 cups bisquick
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 lb ground chuck, fried
• 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese

Recipe

• 1 mix bisquick and water until it makes a dough.
• 2 spray square baking pan.
• 3 spread bisquick into pan and part way up sides of pan.
• 4 bake at 350°f for 7 minutes. remove from oven.
• 5 fry hamburger meat, mashing up as you're frying it. drain.
• 6 mix in salsa and heat slightly.
• 7 place meat mixture in partially cooked crust.
• 8 mix last three ingredients and spread over top.
• 9 bake at 350°f for 35-40 minutes. mmm good.
