Deep Dish Taco Pie

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups bisquick
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 lb ground chuck, fried
- 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix bisquick and water until it makes a dough.
- 2 spray square baking pan.
- 3 spread bisquick into pan and part way up sides of pan.
- 4 bake at 350°f for 7 minutes. remove from oven.
- 5 fry hamburger meat, mashing up as you're frying it. drain.
- 6 mix in salsa and heat slightly.
- 7 place meat mixture in partially cooked crust.
- 8 mix last three ingredients and spread over top.
- 9 bake at 350°f for 35-40 minutes. mmm good.
