Delicious Mushroom Swiss Burgers

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 cup small sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 salt and pepper beef and grill or pan fry to desired doneness.
  • 2 while they are cooking, saute mushrooms, onion, and garlic powder in the butter. (please only use butter).
  • 3 when burgers are almost done, add cheese and 1/4 of the mushroom mix too the top of each burger.
  • 4 drizzle just a little of the butter on each also.
  • 5 put on buns and serve!
