Easy And Tasty Hamburger Gravy

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbells beefy mushroom soup
  • 1/4-1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 brown the ground beef in a medium sized skillet on med-hi heat.
  • 2 drain fat if necessary.
  • 3 add the chopped onion and garlic to the hamburger.
  • 4 cook on medium heat until the onion and garlic are tender and the hamburger is done.
  • 5 add the can of soup.
  • 6 if desired, add 1/2 can of water, using the soup can.
  • 7 bring to a boil.
  • 8 lower heat to medium to med-lo and simmer for about 10 or 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 9 add the sour cream and stir.
  • 10 heat until it just barely starts to boil.
  • 11 thicken if necessary, using your own method.
  • 12 keep hot until ready to serve.
  • 13 serve over noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.
  • 14 or add cooked noodles to it when it is completely done.
