Healthy Hamburger

Ingredients

  • 1 portabella mushroom
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 health note: mushroomsare a healthy way to boost your immune system and help lower your cholesterol.
  • 2 it depends on the thickness of your hamburger patties as to how long they will cook.
  • 3 put worcestershire sauce on patties to taste.
  • 4 sprinkle on pepper and seasoning salt. experiment and try some cajun seasoning salt on your patty.
  • 5 add pepper.
  • 6 put mushrooms on. i cook mine 5-7 minutes on each side. just enough to warm them up and get grill marks on them.
  • 7 after you have patties almost ready, put ur slice of chees on pattiee (it's ok, you not eating the hamburger bun.
  • 8 to spice it up some more, use pepper jack sliced cheese.
  • 9 after chees had melted, remove patties and mushrooms.
  • 10 place mushroom on top of patty (with or without bun) and enjoy.
