- 1 portabella mushroom
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

- 2 it depends on the thickness of your hamburger patties as to how long they will cook.
- 3 put worcestershire sauce on patties to taste.
- 4 sprinkle on pepper and seasoning salt. experiment and try some cajun seasoning salt on your patty.
- 5 add pepper.
- 6 put mushrooms on. i cook mine 5-7 minutes on each side. just enough to warm them up and get grill marks on them.
- 7 after you have patties almost ready, put ur slice of chees on pattiee (it's ok, you not eating the hamburger bun.
- 8 to spice it up some more, use pepper jack sliced cheese.
- 9 after chees had melted, remove patties and mushrooms.
- 10 place mushroom on top of patty (with or without bun) and enjoy.
