Healthy, Tasty, Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
- 1 kg lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar or 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 5 -6 hamburger buns
Recipe
- 1 gently saute the onions until they are soft - you don't want to brown them, they need to be translucent and sweet.
- 2 add the tomatoes, oregano, basil, mustard, tomato paste, sugar.
