Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 2 tablespoons morton's tender quick
- 3/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 mix together well; roll like salami and place in foil, covering completely.
- 2 refrigerate 24 hours.
- 3 bake 1 hour at 350 in foil in a pan to catch grease.
- 4 cool and wrap in new foil.
- 5 keep refrigerated.
