- 6 ounces lean ground turkey, 93% fat free
- 1 -2 tablespoon italian spices
- salt and pepper, to taste
- fat-free parmesan cheese, to taste
- 2 tablespoons classico spicy red pepper spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and form into one big burger pattie.
- 2 grill until internal temp reads 160 degrees (i grill on my george foreman).
