Italian Turkey Patties For One (low Carb)

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 6 ounces lean ground turkey, 93% fat free
  • 1 -2 tablespoon italian spices
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • fat-free parmesan cheese, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons classico spicy red pepper spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and form into one big burger pattie.
  • 2 grill until internal temp reads 160 degrees (i grill on my george foreman).
