Make Ahead Barbecued Burgers With Gravy

Ingredients

- 2 lbs lean ground beef or 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon salt or 1 teaspoon salt substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 -4 tablespoons barbecue sauce, any flavor
- oil or pam cooking spray
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Recipe

- 16 bake 35 to 45 minutes. turn patties over in the gravy before serving.
