- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 4 potatoes, peeled and diced into small cubes
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 celery ribs, sliced
Recipe
- 1 cook ground beef.
- 2 on med-low heat add everything else until vegetables are tender and stew is slightly thickened.
