- 8 avocados, slices
- 8 tomatoes, slices
- lettuce (for topping)
- 8 hamburger buns
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- salt (for taste)
- pepper (for taste)
Recipe
- 1 mix ground turkey, salt, and pepper to form 8 patties.
- 2 cook on charcoal grill until almost done.
- 3 when done, top with bean sprouts, tomato, avacado,and onion.
- 4 dress with mayo, ketchup, or mustard if desired.
