Easy Cheesy Vegan Burgers

Ingredients

- 6 ounces black beans
- 1/4-1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup ground flax flour
Recipe
- 1 using a food processor combine flax, yeast and beans.
- 2 if you like your burgers cheesier add more yeast.
- 3 the consistency should be a thick pancake batter.
- 4 the thicker is better as you can make it pile like an actual burger.
- 5 i recommend using these for in the pan burger unless you use foil on the grill.
- 6 put your stove to med to med-low heat and cook until slightly brown.
- 7 flip and voila!
- 8 these are excellent with wheat buns, ketchup and honey mustard.
