Easy Cheesy Vegan Burgers

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 6 ounces black beans
  • 1/4-1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup ground flax flour

Recipe

  • 1 using a food processor combine flax, yeast and beans.
  • 2 if you like your burgers cheesier add more yeast.
  • 3 the consistency should be a thick pancake batter.
  • 4 the thicker is better as you can make it pile like an actual burger.
  • 5 i recommend using these for in the pan burger unless you use foil on the grill.
  • 6 put your stove to med to med-low heat and cook until slightly brown.
  • 7 flip and voila!
  • 8 these are excellent with wheat buns, ketchup and honey mustard.
