Maid-rite (loose Meat)

Ingredients
- 1 (3 -5 lb) chuck roast
- mustard
- 1 small onion
- 2 -3 pickles, per sandwich
- 1 (4 count) package hamburger buns
Recipe
- 1 go to the meat department, pick a nice looking chuck roast. 3-4 lbs.
- 2 go to the butcher, ask him/her to grind it fine.
- 3 in a cast iron skillet scramble up the chuck roast. (must be a cast iron pan, a regualr pan makes the meat taste boiled and loses it's flavor).
- 4 while the meat is cooking, chop up some onion.
- 5 mustard onion and pickle on the bun like a burger.
- 6 please please do not use ketchup it changes the flavor of the meat some how.so if you want an awesome burger do not use ketchup.
