• 1 1/2 lbs twice ground beef
• 1 teaspoon onion juice
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 (12 ounce) package hamburger buns
• mustard
• pickle
• ketchup (optional)
• onion (optional)
• cheese slice (optional)

Recipe

• 1 crumble meat into skillet over medium heat cook until done and drain.
• 2 add onion juice and broth to meat. cook, stirring constantly, until liquid evaporates.
• 3 season with salt and pepper.
• 4 serve on warm hamburger buns with mustard and pickles.
