- 1 (4 -5 lb) boneless lamb loin
- 1 (24 ounce) bottle of goya mojo criollo, marinade
Recipe
- 1 cook in crockpot on low for 8 hours. leave meat in crockpot and tear apart. it will soak up most of the juices. meat will be so tender you can tear it apart with a fork. serve over rice or on hamburger buns. you can add bbq sauce but really don't need to because it is so favorful.
