Mahi Mahi Burgers With Ginger And Hoisin

Ingredients

- 1 lb mahi mahi fillet, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaf
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Recipe
- 1 combine the fish, cilantro, hoisin, mayonnaise, green onions, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor. pulse until finely chopped. pat into 4 patties. chill for 1 to 4 hours. (or 20 minutes in the freezer.).
- 2 heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. add the fish burgers and cook for 3 minutes per side or until just cooked through.
- 3 serve on toasted buns with mayonnaise and extra hoisin, topped with lettuce and tomato.
