Chinese Five-spice Turkey Burgers

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 teaspoons chinese five spice powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 heat a non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
  • 2 in a medium bowl combine the meat with the seasonings, scallions and soy sauce. mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  • 3 score the meat into quarters and form 4, 1 inch thick patties.
  • 4 cook the burgers for 6 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through.
