Chinese Five-spice Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 2 teaspoons chinese five spice powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 heat a non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
- 2 in a medium bowl combine the meat with the seasonings, scallions and soy sauce. mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- 3 score the meat into quarters and form 4, 1 inch thick patties.
- 4 cook the burgers for 6 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through.
