Chinese Hamburger Hash I I

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 2 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups brown rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef, onions and celery in a skillet. drain.
  • 2 in a large mixing bowl combine soups, water rice and soy sauce mixing well.
  • 3 add the meat mixture and mix well again.
  • 4 put in greased 8x11 covered casserole.
  • 5 bake at least 1 hour at 350 degrees or until rice is tender.
  • 6 uncover last half of cooking time.
