Jazzy Grill Burgers With Beer Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup beer
Recipe
- 1 mix beef, milk, onion, garlic, and worcestershire; form into patties and refrigerate 15 minutes or more.
- 2 grill burgers over medium heat on the grill for about 6 minutes, turn and continue to cook until desired doneness.
- 3 while burgers are grilling, sauté onion and green pepper in butter or margarine until tender but not brown.
- 4 combine catsup, cornstarch, and worcestershire sauce; add to the cooked vegetables.
- 5 slowly add beer and heat until warm.
