Country Style Meatloaf

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 lb hamburger
• 1/4 lb ground lamb
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 2 teaspoons mustard
• 4 tablespoons onions, minced
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup tomato juice
• 1 cup breadcrumbs, dry
• 1 tablespoon horseradish (optional)
• 1/8 cup breadcrumbs

Recipe

• 1 mix hamburger, ground lamb, salt, pepper, mustard, onion, egg, sour cream, tomato juice, 1 cup breadcrumbs, and horseradish if using, well.
• 2 sprinkle 1/8 cup breadcrumbs on top.
• 3 bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees fahrenheit or until done.
